Frank Nweke Early Life And Education
Frank Nweke is an Enugu native who was born in Lagos State on September 18, 1965, however he was raised in Nkanu West LGA.
His early years were spent in Lagos State, where he attended St. Paul’s Catholic School for his first year of elementary school. But, because his family moved to Maiduguri, he was forced to finish his basic schooling there.
He received his SSCE while attending Federal Government College in Maiduguri. He then went on to the Federal University of Technology in Yola, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in technology.
Frank Nweke attended the University of Maiduguri, where he received a master’s degree in public administration. Later, he received a second master’s degree in public administration as well as a diploma in strategic management.

As the General Manager of FONA Nigeria Limited, a provider of office automation and industrial safety technologies, Frank Nweke began his career as a bright and inventive individual.
He received a commission as a resident consultant to the Enugu State government on development planning and general public sector reforms in 1999 due to his effectiveness and accountability.
The community county council’s coordinator for Enugu State was then named Frank Nweke. In 2001, he was assigned to the position of Chief of Staff to Governor Chimaroke Nnamani, where he oversaw the Governor’s office and oversaw all government activities.
Frank Nweke was appointed as the Federal Minister of Intergovernmental Relations and Special Duties in 2003. In 2007, he held the office of Minister of Information and Communication after being appointed Minister of Information and National Orientation in 2005.
