Rumeysa Gelgi is a Turkish advocate, researcher, and front-end developer. She was born on January 1, 1997, and currently holds the titles of tallest living woman, largest hands (female), longest fingers (female), and longest back (female) by Guinness World Records. Previously, she held the title of tallest living female teenager. She stands at a height of 2.15 meters (7 ft 7 10 in).

The Turkish province of Karabük is where Gelgi makes his home.

Weaver syndrome, a rare disorder that produces anomalies in addition to abnormally quick growth, is the likely cause of her tall stature.

Men are three times more likely to be affected by it than women.

Because of her condition, she is confined to a wheelchair for the majority of her mobility, but she is able to walk for brief periods of time.

Gelgi has expressed the desire to make use of her title in order to bring attention to diseases and conditions similar to the one she has.
