A member of the illustrious Ganguly family, Bharti Jaffrey was born and raised in Mumbai. She had a career as an actress and appeared in a few films.

  • Bharati Jaffery was a well-known theatre performer and actress in India. The fact that she is the eldest daughter of legendary Indian actor Ashok Kumar is probably the thing that brings her the most attention. In Mumbai, India, on September 20th, 2022, she passed away after a protracted battle with illness. Kanwaljit Singh, a well-known actor, was her son-in-law, and he broke the news of her passing on one of his social media sites not long after she had passed away.
